Rewards
How customers exchange available points for a discount code, where they find it, and how they use it.
Last reviewed
Customers exchange available points for a discount code in their store account, then use that code at checkout.
Choosing your rewards
You choose the discount each reward gives and the points it costs, for example $5 off for 500 points and $10 off for 1,000 points. Start with one reward, or add more for customers to work toward.
Using a reward
Customers find their available points, the rewards they can get, and the codes they have already claimed on the Rewards page in their account. They apply a code to a future order at checkout.
Points are not spent directly at checkout, and they are not paid out as cash.
After a reward
Eligible spending after discounts can earn points toward another reward.
