Manage billing in Shopify
Approve EarnKit’s plan, see your billing cycle and estimated price, and manage billing in Shopify.

EarnKit’s billing runs through Shopify. You approve it once, then check on it from Settings › Billing.
Before you start
If your store doesn’t have an active EarnKit subscription yet, opening the app sends you to Shopify to approve the charge, including on install when your store is in the free band. This is Shopify’s own plan approval screen, not a page inside EarnKit.
What you see in Settings
Go to Settings › Billing to see:
- Your current billing cycle’s start and end dates.
- The number of eligible orders counted so far this cycle, and the estimated monthly price for that count.
- What Shopify itself reports for this cycle’s order count and the monthly app charge it has recorded. This can differ slightly from the estimate while your order count is still syncing with Shopify.
- A note if your subscription is scheduled to end after the current billing cycle.
- A Manage billing in Shopify link, which opens Shopify’s billing page for your store.
All features are included at every price. There’s no free trial and no per-order fees.
Good to know
- Your price is set automatically from your paid orders each billing cycle. There’s no plan to choose, upgrade, downgrade or switch.
- If EarnKit can’t retrieve your billing details, Settings shows a notice. Refresh the page to try again.
- To change payment details or cancel your subscription, use the Manage billing in Shopify link. This takes you to Shopify, not to a control inside EarnKit.
