How EarnKit connects with Shopify Messaging and Shopify Sidekick, including points metafields for emails and program questions in the admin.
EarnKit works alongside a couple of Shopify’s own tools, so you can use your points balance and
program information outside the app.
Where to find it
In EarnKit, go to Integrations.
Shopify Messaging
Use Shopify Messaging to send your own rewards reminders. EarnKit publishes each customer’s points
balance to a metafield you can reference, and you can add a link to the Rewards page in your
messages. See Show points in Shopify emails.
Shopify Sidekick
Shopify’s built-in assistant can answer questions about your EarnKit program directly in the
Shopify admin, such as your points rate or how referrals are performing. See
