Export your data

Download customer point balances and earning evidence from EarnKit as CSV files, including the 60 minute export limit and what each file contains.

You can download two CSV files from Settings › Data.

Before you start

Each export can be started once every 60 minutes for your store, shared by all staff. Starting an export uses that export’s window even if the file can’t be generated, so avoid starting one unless you mean to.

Points balances

Select Download points (CSV) for the exact Shopify customer IDs and posted point balances of every customer with an EarnKit loyalty account. Pending points aren’t included, and customers with no loyalty account aren’t listed.

Customer earning data

Select Download earning data (CSV) for the saved birthdays, recorded social follow claims and earning configuration EarnKit stores. This is the evidence EarnKit has recorded, not a full personal-data export and not verified social following.

Good to know

  • If an export can’t be started because you’re within the 60-minute window, EarnKit shows when it will be available again.
  • These two exports are the only data exports EarnKit offers. There’s no full points activity export.
