How customers earn points on purchases, when those points become available, and a worked example from a first order to the next reward.
Earning points on purchases
Eligible paid purchases earn points at the rate you choose. Eligible spending is counted after
discounts, and shipping and taxes are not included.
Pending and available points
Your settings determine whether purchase points become available after payment or after a waiting
period. Pending points are separate from the points a customer can use.
A worked example
At 5 points per $1, with a $5 reward for 500 points:
