We’re paid more only after your volume grows. Growing your orders is the only way we grow.
How orders are counted.
One number decides your price, so it should be a number you can check yourself. This is the whole rule.
Counted
Paid completed orders across your Shopify store, including online and POS orders and drafts converted to paid orders. Each order counts in the billing cycle of its first successful payment.
Not counted
Test orders and unpaid drafts. A cancellation or full refund removes a counted order while its original billing cycle is still open. Partial refunds don’t change the count, and a refund after its cycle has closed doesn’t reduce the next one.
Reset
Your count resets at the start of each EarnKit billing cycle, shown in Settings. This can differ from your Shopify invoice date. Your price moves to the matching size automatically.
Questions
Questions merchants ask first.
Can I change plans?
There are no plans to choose between. Approve EarnKit’s usage-based charge in Shopify once, and your price follows your order volume automatically each billing cycle, up and down. There is nothing to upgrade, downgrade or switch.
Do you take a percentage of loyalty or referral revenue?
No. You pay the app price for your order volume and nothing else. The rewards and friend discounts you choose are a separate cost to your business, and they are Shopify discounts, so that margin stays between you and your customer.
Are any features restricted by size?
No. Every feature is included at every size, including CSV exports.
Does turning off a feature change the price?
No. Your price is based on order volume alone, so you can run only loyalty or only referrals.
What happens if I uninstall?
Uninstalling ends future usage. Usage from before you uninstall may still appear on your Shopify bill. Download your customer-points and earning-data CSV exports first.
Can I export my data?
Yes: customer-points and recorded earning-data CSV snapshots. Each export type is available once every 60 minutes. There’s no full ledger or JSON export.
Is billing handled by Shopify?
Yes. EarnKit appears on your regular Shopify invoice. There’s no separate card on file and no setup fee.
Do I need Shopify Plus?
No. EarnKit runs on every Shopify plan. Customers see and redeem points in Shopify’s current customer accounts, so they don’t need a second login.
