What customers see on the Rewards page
Points, ways to earn, rewards, reward codes and points history in the customer’s account.
Last reviewed
Once added, the Rewards page gives a customer one place to see their points and everything they can do with them.
Available points
At the top, customers see Available points and their current balance. If you offer rewards they can afford, a Redeem button sits beside it. Points held during a pending period show as a separate pending line, so a customer can tell what they can spend today from what is still on its way.
If any ways to earn are open to them, a progress bar shows how many they’ve claimed, for example “2/4”.
Your reward codes
Codes a customer has redeemed but not yet received show as Getting ready. Live codes lead with their value, such as “$5.00 off”, and show as Ready to use. Codes a customer has already spent show separately, collapsed under a count so live codes are what stands out. This section is absent entirely for a customer who has never redeemed anything.
Ways to earn
Every way you offer appears as a row a customer can open for more detail, for example Make a purchase, Refer a friend, Welcome points, Add your birthday, and Follow us on social. A claimed one-time reward moves into a completed group rather than disappearing.
Opening Refer a friend takes a customer to their own referral link, what they and their friend each get, their referral activity, and how it works. See How referrals work.
Points history
The most recent points activity appears as a short preview, with the full history one tap away under Points history.
Good to know
- Everything on this page reflects your saved settings, never a draft you haven’t saved yet.
- A section only appears when there is something in it. A customer who has never redeemed a reward never sees an empty reward codes section, and a customer with no ways to earn open sees no progress bar.
- A negative balance is shown as-is, for example after a referral reversal takes back points a customer already redeemed.
