How orders are counted
Which orders count toward your EarnKit price, which do not, and when the count resets each billing cycle.
Last reviewed
Your EarnKit price follows the number of orders your store takes in a billing cycle. This page is the whole rule, so the number is one you can check yourself.
Counted
Paid completed orders across your Shopify store, including online and POS orders and drafts converted to paid orders. Each order counts in the billing cycle of its first successful payment.
Not counted
- Test orders and unpaid drafts.
- A cancellation or full refund removes a counted order while its original billing cycle is still open.
- Partial refunds don’t change the count, and a refund after its cycle has closed doesn’t reduce the next one.
When the count resets
Your count resets at the start of each EarnKit billing cycle, shown in Settings. This can differ from your Shopify invoice date. Your price moves to the matching band automatically.
See How pricing works for the current order ranges and charges.
Every feature is included at every band. Your order volume affects the app charge, not which features you can use.
See Manage billing in Shopify to check your current cycle and order count.
