Your Home dashboard
Program status, setup progress, and program activity and balances at a glance.
Last reviewed
When you open EarnKit, Home is the first thing you see: whether your program is running, what setup is left, and what has happened recently.
Your loyalty program
At the top of the page, two badges show:
- Points earning: On or Off
- Customer rewards: Available, or Setup needed if customers can’t yet reach their rewards
From here you can select Program settings, and, once rewards are available, select View customer rewards to see them the way a customer would.
Your program (setup checklist)
A setup checklist tracks what’s left to configure, grouped into Program basics, Customer experience, Ways to earn and Rewards, with a progress indicator showing how much is done. Each row links to where you finish that step, or lets you mark it Not needed if it doesn’t apply to your store.
Performance and value
Once your program has some history, this section shows:
- Program activity: a summary of recent purchase and reward activity
- Current balances: Customers with enough points for a reward, Customers with points, and Available points (the total of everyone’s positive balances)
If a measure can’t be calculated yet, for example because you haven’t added a reward, EarnKit says so rather than showing zero.
Recent activity
Below that, two feeds show what has just happened: recent points activity and recent referral activity, each linking to the full Points activity or Referral activity page.
Good to know
- If a customer has asked for their data and you haven’t answered yet, a notice appears above the setup checklist with a link to answer it. Shopify gives you 30 days from each request.
- Points earning being off is shown as a neutral status, not a warning. You can turn it back on at any time.
